"In a dark time, the eye begins to see."
~Theodore Roethke, poet (1908-1963)

New You New Year December 21st marks the Winter Solstice. This is our darkest day of the year and from this point, very, very slowly, the hours of daylight begin to grow longer.
Our creative cycles flow like the seasons. We have periods of reflective time, coupled with periods of action and inter-action. Both the dark and the light are necessary to foster new concepts.
Are you yearning for creative renewal?
Now is the time to shine from within…
Join me in creating a radiant new year. You don't have to be an artist to benefit from working with the mandala. When you make a mandala, you resonate with the essence of your deepest self and the collective spirit. Making mandalas can restore a feeling of peace and calm, while imparting an innate understanding of the mysteries of the universe.
