Start the year with a 5 for 5!
Jan. 8 - Feb 11, 2012
Kick off the new year with a commitment to expand your yoga practice.
Much like balance in nature, our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits need equilibrium. In our first ever 5 for 5, we will help you develop a well-rounded, balanced and sustainable practice. Learn how yoga is part of your life on and off the mat by integrating yin, yang, breath and meditation into every practice.

Sunday School this January
January 8 & 22, 2012 1:30-3:30pm
We are starting the new year with some fun! Join us January 8th for a teachers hot potato practice! What's a hot potato practice? One class, a handful of our inspiring teachers, a mix of styles and methods, 90 minutes of fun, twists (no pun intended) and connection with your community!
On January 22nd, join us for a creative yoga exploration of self. Co-taught by yogini / art therapist Kristin Boettger, and Sasha Bahador, this practice will be guided to maximize creative expression on and off the mat. No experience required, simply childlike curiosity!
No need to purchase a separate pass - all regular passes apply.

Movie Night at the tree! "Yogawoman"

Come watch, make a donation to the women's shelter and share an evening with your community.
See you there!
